Employers

We can help you hire a graduate, a temp, or a permanent candidate. We belong to the University of London so our recruitment team have access to some of the most talented graduates across the UK.

What We Do

We place interns on our payroll system and invoice you in a clear, simple way. Our graduate internship programme is commercially sustainable and serves ambitious, enterprising new graduates whilst also allowing employers the opportunity to introduce new talent to their organisation.

In a nutshell:

  • Your interns are our workers and on our payroll, saving you time and eliminating bureaucracy;
  • We screen candidates and only send over suitable candidates matching your criteria;
  • We send you simple invoicing and cost-effective solutions;
  • You have the control over setting the intern's pay;
  • You can offer full time, part time and summer internships that last from 2 – 12 months;
  • You conduct the final interviews and decide who you would like to take on.

Urgently need someone? Our team will respond to emergency requests and deliver the right candidate at a moment’s notice. Our recruitment team is always on hand to provide ongoing support during your temp’s placement.

In a nutshell:

  • We keep things simple by putting temps on our payroll and taking care of all the paperwork (such as National Insurance);
  • Our comprehensive staff management system is easy to use and gives you a clear picture of what you’ve spent;
  • When we advertise your temporary placement it will appear in our listings, on appropriate job boards and in Google search results.

Hire a graduate who is eager to start in the workplace. The variety of courses the University of London and its Colleges offer means that we can specialise across industries and have more than 35,000 work-ready members.

In a nutshell:

  • We specialise in a whole range of recruitment roles such as IT, sales, HR, engineering, marketing roles and many more;
  • We undertake all advertising, candidate communication, screening, pre-interviewing, shortlisting for interview and arrangement of interviews;
  • Work with the same recruiter throughout the process, ensuring consistency and relationship building.

Launched in May 2013, the LCIP works with local authorities to manage all their internship and graduate scheme needs. This allows graduates to experience working in local government and is open to graduates from all UK universities. The London Councils Internship Programme provides both valuable work experience and awareness of career opportunities in local authorities and government.

Merck Logo

"At Merck, we have worked with CoSector - University of London for the last two years as we looked to invest in the youth of the UK. I have had the pleasure of mentoring two fantastic cohorts of graduates, many of whom have secured promotions at our company following their initial steps into the industry. CoSector - University of London has made the process so simple and communication has been fantastic at every stage: advertising, recruiting and managing the graduates during their journey with us at Merck has been a breeze, and we are excited to be working with CoSector - University of London again for our third intake of graduates this October."
